What we collect
Account data (email, username, profile picture), membership and payment request records (plan, amount, Whish Money transaction reference, optional receipt image), and activity data such as when you were last active and which games you launched.
Why we collect it
To run your account, verify payments, grant access to games, show you your history, and keep the platform secure. Online status is visible only to administrators.
Receipts
Receipt images are stored privately and can be viewed only by you and by administrators through short-lived links.
TikTok LIVE events
If you connect a LIVE events provider, we store the events it sends (such as viewer nicknames, comments and gifts) for up to seven days to power your games and event log.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time. To delete your account and data, contact support.
